Ammo:
460 S&W
Grain: 200 Gr. FTX
Weapon: 460 S&W Magnum
Scope: Leupold VX-III 2.5-8x32
Animal: Boar 240 Lbs.
Overall:
The S&W 460 Mag is a handful to shoot, takes
time to get comfortable shooting. Very hard hitting handgun. One
shot, entered front shoulder breaking 3 ribs and breaking one rib on exit
side. Bullet was retrieved from front shoulder on opposite side.
The bullet performed well, the tip disintegrated, lead mushroomed well,
maximum damage on both sides of the rib cage. Unusual to break 3 ribs on
the impact side. Overall, would recommend this pistol to experienced pistol
hunters interested in big game hunting. Tech
tip, when shooting the 460 S&W make sure both hands and all fingers are
below and away from the front of the cylinder. Blow by from between barrel
and cylinder is extremely dangerous.

.338 Mag Reload Nozzler Tip
Grain: 180 Gr.
Weapon: .338
Mag Remington Model 700
Scope: Konus Pro Illuminated Reticle
Animal: Boar 210 Lbs.
Overall: This is a hard hitting caliber. One shot, 50 yards,
boar never took another step. The shot entered thru the front shoulder
and was recovered in the opposite shoulder, the bullet mushroomed great and
did a ton of internal damage. The hunter loved his Konus Pro scope
with the illuminated reticle. Overall this .338 did the job, the
hunter was surprised that the bullet did not completely pass thru, and said
he will use more grain on his next reloads for boar.

Ammo:
Remington Express Core-Lokt PSP
Grain: 100 Gr.
Weapon: Ruger .243 Model 77
Scope: Tasco World Class 3x9x40
Animal: Boar 170 Lbs.
Overall: A very nice gun for a youth just starting to hunt.
It packs enough punch to take down game without a lot of recoil. The Tasco scope is not considered a top of the line scope but it is very
affordable and is efficient. Only one shot, entered front shoulder,
and lodged somewhere in chest cavity, bullet was irretrievable. Boar
never took another step. Overall a great gun and load for a youth
hunter just starting out.

Ammo: Thompson Center XTP Mag Sabots
Grain: 240
Gr.
Powder:
Pyrodex RS
Weapon:
Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter 209x50
Scope: Nikon
Omega Muzzleloader Scope
Animal:
Buffalo 700 Lbs.
Overall: I
cant say enough great things about this gun, the Encore Pro Hunter in my
mind is the best muzzleloader on the market. One shot one kill from about
110 yds, stopped it right in its tracks. The sabot did not pass
completely thru the animal but unfortunately it was irretrievable. The
hunter loved his new Nikon Omega Muzzleloader scope, he says it has really
helped him with his accuracy on longer shots. Overall this is a great
setup and I would recommend it to anybody looking to purchase a
muzzleloader.
