     Broadhead: Crimson Talon Cuda
    Bow:
Hoyt VTEC
    Draw Weight:
70 Lbs.
    Draw Length:
30"
    Shaft:
Easton Axis
    Sight:
Sur Loc Lethal Weapon
    Animal:
Ram
    Overall:
The first shot I was not impressed with the penetration, only a couple of inches but it hit some real hard bone, the second shot sold me on this broadhead, with a well placed shot it was a complete pass thru, heart and lungs.  I would have liked to have seen more penetration from the first shot.  I really liked the hunters Sur Loc sight.  Overall, I think the broadhead is in the second tier, I think there are a couple better on the market but they will get the job done.

     Broadhead:
Rage 2 Blade
    Bow:
Browning Micro Adrenaline
    Draw Weight:
42 Lbs.
    Draw Length:
27"
    Shaft:
Thunder Storm
    Sight:
3 Pin
    Animal:
Boar 180 Lbs.
    Overall:
As a guide I have been steering people away from using the Rage broadheads.  In the last couple of months I have seen Rage after Rage fail to do the job.  First thing that is really bad about the Rage broadheads is that they don't lock in place, they are always coming loose whenever you wiggle or the wind blows.  The second thing is the penetration is terrible.  The hunter after using the rage at 25 yds, hit behind the front shoulder and got about 3 inches of penetration, after seeing that the hunter switched to a spitfire and again at around 25 yds, almost the identical spot, got about 12  inches of penetration and the boar went about 60 yds.  The Browning Micro Adrenaline did great when it was used with a decent broadhead, it was equipped with a whisker biscuit, and a 3 pin sight, not exactly sure on what brand it was.  Overall try to steer away from the Rage broadhead.

    Overall:
This bow shoots excellent, the TenPoint Pro View scope is a great accessory to this crossbow.  Holds good groups at the range.  The combination of this crossbow and the Spitfire 3 blade had great penetration.  Spitfires are one of the best mechanical broadheads on the market.

Two shots both under 25 yards, Both shots were in the kill zone right behind the front shoulder.  Broadhead had great penetration, both shots were complete pass thrus.  I was impressed with the penetration of this broadhead.  Hunter had nothing but good things to say about his new bow.  The hunter also said that his new Barsko Red Dot Scoped has really helped his accuracy and has been shooting a lot better since he started using it.  Overall performance of the Bow and Broadheads were exceptional, would recommend this setup to anybody.
